Activities can help to develop different type of skills and avoid boredom.
Speak with staff to suggest activities that you would like to be involved with.
There could be planned activities but also spontaneous ones, individual or group activities, outdoors or indoors, intellectual or physical. What hobbies do you enjoy practising or you would like to learn?

- Write a weekly timetable with the activities you already do during the week.
- Consider which activities you would like to start or to stop.
- Consider which activities you would like to do more and which activities you would like to do less.
- Adjust the weekly/monthly timetable.
