WHY ACTIVITY MATTERS?
  • Activity matters because they have an impact on how we feel and how we think.  For example:
  • Doing something like cooking or doing something else, help you realise you are able to do things that are useful and you can also help others.
  • Doing physical exercise can help you to feel energetic, to breath, to make your heart pump... feel happier, etc.
  • Distractions can help you to forget about worries, intrusive thoughts, etc.
  • Relaxation can help you to sleep, to rest, to awake full of energy.
  • Going for a walk with others or playing some game will make you enjoy talking with others, making jokes, learning from each other, etc.
  • Attending courses help you to learn things you can do to expand your abilities.
